We are looking for a " Vet Nutritional Advisor" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “pet food and nutrition”.



  • Veterinary & Scientific knowledge (Veterinary graduation is mandatory.)
  • Experience in the veterinary and/or biological sciences and/or nutrition field(s) an asset
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written) and presentation Skills & Min intermediate English skills
  • Scientific knowledge (general sciences, manufacturing, veterinary, nutrition, food science)
  • Must have a passion for helping peers, pets and customers
  • Strong team player& Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Planning and priority setting
  • Ability to capture & leverage knowledge
  • Calm in challenging situations and skilled in dealing with difficult people
  • Quick learner when introduced to new technologies and systems

  • Provide  outbound nutritional advisory calls and guidance on product inquiries for pet owners in line with D2C value proposition and pet services
  • Responsible for handling cases coming into the Vet Nutritional Advisor line.
  • Ability to maintain calls through call center digital platform.
  • Triage cases to appropriate internal service (i.e., Scientific Services, Corporate Affairs, Consumer Care, Customer Care, etc.)
  • Handling of Nutritional Advisor cases including but not limited to nutrition, pet health, products, company enquiries, and complaints.
  • Proactively utilize customer interactions as a mechanism to build brand and corporate reputation.
  • Support customer understanding and continual product improvement by monitoring and sharing cases for various internal stakeholders, including business leadership.
  • Ability to set appropriate expectations for consumers on product questions, order updates and D2C services
  • Ability to determine consumer needs and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Participating in new product trainings, to maintain requirements as technology and business needs evolve
  • Supporting pet owner department in nutritional trainings to internal and external stakeholders, and in events & activities directly facing the consumer
