We are looking for a “Market Research Analyst” for our global client about Retail sector in İstanbul with the following skills and the qualifications:

Qualifications:
 

  • Has min. 2 years of proven market research analysis experience
  • Has Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Marketing or a related field
  • Good level of written & spoken English and Turkish
  • Is able to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
  • Has strong communication and presentation skills
  • Has excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS Office
  • Is familiar with CRM programs
  • Has adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc)
  • Has knowledge of data warehousing, modeling and mining
  • Has strong analytical, critical thinking and detail-oriented



Job Description:
 
  • Collecting data on economy, consumers, competitors and market place
  • Consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations
  • Understanding business objectives and designing studies, surveys to discover prospective preferences
  • Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect, analyze and present it
  • Perform a valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis
  • Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
  • Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market
  • trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
  • Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct
  • Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
  • Work on market trends for new business opportunities
  • Extend the company’s data with third party sources of information when needed
  • Develop dashboards with different data resources for Sports market, commercial policy and sports strategies
