Responsibilities:
•managing field force budget on mothly / quarterly/ yearly basis
•Managing a field force team of min. 200 people
•Monthly base store and promoter wise ROI analyze.
• Develop target and incentive scheme for field force team to increase sales and brand visibility.
• Make frequent field visits and prepare retail enhancement report (Display, stand investment reports).
•Share periodical reports including retail activies such as Shelf share, POP, Stand invesment status, weekly highligts reports.
• Periodical meetings with Supervizors and Merch team to improve their performance and achieve targets.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively, able to report foreign Managers/Directors/Presidents
Strong analytical skills & able to prepare strategy presentations for foreign Managers/Directors/Presidents
•Recommend activities and solutions in order to increase brand’s sellout and IHS ratio.
•Leading the field force team, acting as the key decision-maker for retail investment (for chain and brand store channels), and executing appropriate game plans to increase store and region-based sell-out.
• Managing the budget, training strategy, tracking performance and KPI metrics; analyzing market share, market dynamics, trends, and competition, directly reporting to foreign Managers/Directors/Presidents
• Driving efforts to improve the consumer experience and journey in the online/digital channel, executing critical content enhancement projects to support the sell-out of premium products,
• Formulating and implementing an aligned set of strategies, tactics, and resources that enable brand to achieve retail targets by store level

• Managing field sales teams through the agency (sales supervisors, merchandisers and promoters) all country for 500+ of Human Resources management aspects such as manpower Planning, recruitment, development, compensation, KPI, benefits and budget management also communication to ensure that all operations are smooth run with efficiency and effectiveness.

• Conduct channel segmentation & grading plan by potential regions and stores according to performances and to ensure that all operations are execute well.

• Responsible for creating new solutions on the field/stores for best product and display experience by the end-customers and organizing field activities.

• Managing company’s brand shops (more than 300 stores), and SIS areas in partner shops, dealers; designs, planograms, product placements and all visuals according to company guide all across the country.

• Providing insightful feedback that will help further develop and improve upon performance.

• Providing key insights on the business and identify business opportunities. Understanding what the resellers business goals are and link brand’s goals to theirs.

• Responsible for all of company’s investments (shop in shop seas, visuals and products in partner stores) are applied correctly by the global guides.
• Monitoring performance results and inventory levels.
• Monitoring regular competitive/ trend tracking.
