We are looking for a "Consumer Care Specialist" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Pet Food”.


JOB DESCRIPTION
 

• Act as the first point of contact for consumers, responding to inquiries.
• Provide timely and accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve product related customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, corporate communication, technical support, marketing and logistics) to resolve consumer issues.
• Document customer interactions in the company's CRM system, tracking issues and resolutions.
• Assist with product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and recommend process improvements.
• Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and best practices in consumer care.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and consumer protection regulations.
• Consumer feedback generated insights to be reported to relevant funtions.

• Veterinary faculty graduate.
• Ability to speak fluent English
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Sufficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
