We are looking for a " Accounting Manager " for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “medical’’

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from Economics, Business Administration or Finance
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
  • Proficient in general accounting, cost accounting, finance, budgeting, and cost control processes
  • Preferably with experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Preferably worked in the tax department of independent audit companies
  • Experienced in managing relations with official institutions, government and public authorities
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of financial legislation, tax legislation, uniform chart of accounts
  • Knowledge and experience in financial statements and reporting
  • Proficient in e-ledger and e-invoice applications
  • Preferably have a CPA certificate
  • Able to use LOGO, ERP and MS Office Programs
  • Leadership skills and team management experience
  • Flexible, have advanced analytical skills and be able to carry out different tasks simultaneously
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Carry out accounting processes legally in accordance with the legislation, to follow changes in legislation and to ensure that records are kept timely and accurate
  • Prepare periodic reports regarding the company's accounting and present them to the management
  • Manage monthly and annual closing transactions and closing processes
  • Control end-of-period transactions such as fixed asset and depreciation records, exchange rate difference calculations, reflection records
  • Check and report BA/BS current account reconciliations
  • Carry out checks of payment lists
  • Prepare the balance sheet and income statement, perform trial balance checks
  • Prepare all legal declarations and submitting them on time (VAT, withholding tax, stamp duty, provisional tax, corporate tax, etc.)
  • Ensure the smooth continuation of E-invoice, E-ledger, E-archive, E-delivery note systems
  • Prepare daily, monthly and annual payment reports and present them to the management
  • Prepare annual budget plans
  • Analyze financial statements
  • Manage tax and independent audit processes
  • Prepare and maintain certifications of valuable documents and legal books of the company
  • Carry out the work related to the CPA, Law Office and Independent Audit Firms from which consultancy services are received in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, and follow the relevant legislation
  • Responsible for the management and control of payroll and SSI transactions
  • Manage accounting team, monitor and control the work
